Pros: For the most part Jacksonville is a great place to live and work. The city is diverse with many different people and cultures. There are so many different things to do in and around Jacksonville that are designed for family fun.
Cons: The traffic is bad mainly because the city hired inept planners. Salaries are somewhat below the national and state average.
