Whole Foods Market, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at Whole Foods Market, Inc.?

It was great at first, but gets worse each year.
Janitor or Cleaner (but not Maid or Housekeeping Cleaner) in Portland:
Pros: Some of the people I work with are kind and fun to talk to, plus I used to get a sense of accomplishment from seeing how clean I make the store.
Cons: That's a difficult one to answer as there is so much I dislike now. Management, awful pay raises, insurance offered sucks, etc.
Stagnant Sanitations.
Sanitation Worker in Napa:
Pros: Good food, decent work environment, being able to work at own pace
Cons: communication feels one sided at times.
Cashiering During Pandemic.
Cashier in Lafayette:
Pros: The positive interacting with customers and food ideas
Cons: Irregular work schedule, sometimes short staffed
Typical retail.
Meat Clerk in Buffalo:
Pros: Learning
Cons: The customers are the most toxic, narcissistic, ignorant people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. 10 times worse then the family members that I used to deal with when I worked in a trauma unit, where they are actually dealing with trauma and death. These customers act so much worse, genuinely horrible people. I thought the hospital showed me the worst of the worst, not even close. These self entitled monsters prove that there is no hope in humanity.
Stressful, but rewarding and can be a lot of fun!
Produce Team Leader in Seattle:
Pros: Building displays, helping employees grow into the positions they desire
Cons: Inconsistent management
Its a lot of the same work for hours.
Sales Associate in San Francisco:
Pros: Pay is good, free product sometimes, good manager, good store management, good coworkers
Cons: customers are entitled, work alone mostly, do the same thing everyday
Fantastic experience as a buyer.
Buyer in Fort Collins:
Pros: i like the freedom and overall opportunity i have with the company , iv learned alot in my position
Cons: the feeling of being under paid
