Western Financial Group Reviews
What is it like working at Western Financial Group?
Account Executive is a rewarding career.
Account Executive in Pembroke:
Pros: the independence of working by myself.
Cons: having to rely on my co workers for their part of the tasks at hand than affect my performance
Insurance Broker:
I would give it a zero if I could. I would not recommend working here. Management do not care about their staff. They overwork them and under pay them and favouritism is abound.
There is bias against certain staff. AVOID.
Insurance Broker:
Pros: Benefits and flexibility. Good office conditions.
Cons: Communitcation with Head Office is not as expected.
Management is new and not at all knowledgable.
Insurance Broker:
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Manager has no knowledge of day to day operations of the branch. No effort is made to understand and the said individual requires appropriate education and training to fully understand the position and responsibilities of the employees being managed.
