Pros: When you work with others to accomplish tasks and everyone does their part.
Cons: When others waste time and be lazy because managers don't push them to be productive.
It's like being the last best thing for a customer because that is the end of their shopping and as a cashier I get to learn more and more about a customer and I am able to help them in a very positive right way for them.

Pros: I like more is how Walmart is helping me to understand that Walmart is a place to get all ur needs at the right palace and at the right time

The expectation is that you will bend your back for the upper management, and to save the store's prestige level.
