Pros: I like catching the mistakes and theives to help keep retail costs low and loss of a business at a minimum. I like being a part of that. Customers do not like having their receipt checked, but I see errors daily. It’s vital and I enjoy being a part of it
Cons: Standing in one place on concrete for 8 hours. It hurts my body bad. But I still get up and do it daily
It is honestly like a box of chocolate, cause you never know what is in the inside til you inspect every little details.

Working with the associates is great it would be great if management wou acknowledge us as doing a good job it is a very hard job because no managers let you know that they appreciate your work.

Pros: working with the best cashiers because we are a family and we take care of each other we check on one another when one is sick or have family problems we are there for them
Cons: management could care less about us when you have picks and don't acknowledge the job that we do it makes us not want to be there the could at least come to the front and just say you guys have done a good job or something
