Victoria's Secret Reviews
What is it like working at Victoria's Secret?
Great culture and environment.
Front End Developer / Engineer in Columbus:
Pros: Lots of flexibility in how I work, the teams are all very supportive of growth and progress and everyone just wants to help you grow both as a developer and a person.
Cons: Some of the higher up decisions are not as transparent as they could be, and sometimes simple things take longer than they should which in my opinion is just a result of a large company.
Brand Manager in Wayne:
Pros: Autonomy
Cons: Big square footage with hours for associates to work less than average. So constantly working harder with no coverage high stress level
I enjoy it.
Operations Supervisor in South Portland:
Pros: The discounts, being one of the first to see new launches for the cute clothes, customer interaction
Cons: The stuck up 'I'm better than you' attitude having coworkers
Needs some improvements.
Retail Sales Associate in Fairfax:
Pros: Discounts and free items are what I like the best, meeting new people, and I also like how the dress code is easy and simple to follow
Cons: A lot of the managers tend to be very persistent about getting credit cards all the time, if you don't mention applying for a credit card, your manager will likely talk to you.
Could be better hours but it’s great!
Sales Associate in Bowling Green:
Pros: I love the atmosphere and the culture and my coworkers
Cons: Not enough hours and I wish I was paid more
An unclear and left-out member of management.
Operations Manager in Greenville:
Pros: The people I work with
Cons: Store management and above is unprofessional and aren’t willing to help lower members of management and associates
Fair.
Customer Service Supervisor in New York:
Pros: I actually love the product and can genuinely connect with customers and sell easily.
Cons: The pay. No transparency. Too demanding for the pay.
