The ServiceMaster Company Reviews

What is it like working at The ServiceMaster Company?

Positive outlook in a touch economy.
Construction Estimator in Roseburg:
Pros: I really enjoy the people I work for. The keep everyone's safety and best interest in mind without sacrificing the ambition of company growth and prosperity. On a daily basis we work to help people in their time of need and that is my favorite part about this job.
Cons: I work two positions. Mitigation estimator and Office Administrator. I also coordinate the mitigation team with employee and job scheduling. Unfortunately my pay is well below the average rate for the mitigation estimator position alone.
Unbalanced.
Project Manager, Construction in Tampa:
Pros: I enjoy the career I’m in
Cons: To much to list
Janitor or Cleaner (but not Maid or Housekeeping Cleaner) in Elizabeth City:
Pros: Nonthing
Cons: No mind of raise or bonus at all not even a Christmas bonus.and no direct communication to any employees.they are in avalible to us all.
Stressful.
Chief Estimator in Brookhaven:
Pros: I love what i do
Cons: Too many owners and too many people saying what they want done and its all different.
Fun and never dull.
Regional Account Manager in Austin:
Pros: that im valued
Cons: nothing
Operation Manager.
Operations Manager:
Pros: The relationships you build with your customers and your employees. Being able to take someone's (customer) life that has been "turned upside down" due to fire or water damage and take the stress of "making it all better" from them and being a hero for that moment.
Cons: Under paid, no benefits, and lack of acknowledgement for a job well done.
