Pros: The machine operations
Cons: The machine operation, putting a lot of work on us, depending on us

Cons: Heavy lifting and dealing with unfair advantages of some associates and not others.
Home Depot behind on pay.

Cons: Too many managers contradicting one another, lack of pay increases, lagging behind other companies in pay. Lack of coverage in departments
Absolutely horrible.

Pros: Some of my colleagues and pleasing the customers. I get more praise from my customers than I do with my supervisor and management.
Cons: The pay and no recognition or appreciation.
Certified lift equipment operators should be paid more.

Pros: I am certified to teach and license people to drive lift equipment for Home Depot.
Cons: I feel like I should be paid more because I am constantly being pulled in every direction to help drop pallets etc. and sometimes I stay late or work shifts outside of my “availability” to train other associates. Overall I feel under appreciated.
