Cons: The varying hours required by all retail companies.

Pros: It is part time.
Cons: You are on your own -- no practical training and no help from management.

Pros: Being creative. Helping people. Working close to home. No overtime.
Cons: Pay is just satisfactory. Company is out of touch with it's employees in the trenches.

Pros: Kitchen designing, stock purchase plan, matching 401K contribution.
Cons: Micro-managing, noisy work environment, schedule to work late and weekends.

Pros: I not only work as a cashier, but also do returns. I like the interfacing with customers.
