Corps of Commissionaires, awesome place to work.
Administrative Coordinator in Belleville:
Pros: Meeting people, Variety of things to do. The job is somewhat repetitive but never exactly the same thing every day.
Cons: When someone comes in sick and they have to be fingerprinted.
Not very predictable, no to poor training, down loaded responsibilities.
Security Guard in Ottawa:
Pros: Working with the public
Cons: Abrupt, unexplained changes are frequent.
Could be better if management had better skills and actuall.
Security Guard in London:
Pros: Could be better if actually management had better skills. Also saw the potential you have and offered you opportunities in your career.
Cons: Lack of proper uniform that you need. Gossip around that gives you a bad name.
FULL TIME.
Security Guard:
Pros: GREAT CO-WORKERS, FLEXABLE HOURS, MAINLY INSIDE WORK.
Cons: NO PAY INCREASE IN FOUR YEARS, NO BENIFITS.
Shift Work.
Security Guard:
Pros: Walking exercise, meeting people of all ages and backgrounds, of different nationalities and languages, being able to speak 3 languages at work and much more.
Cons: It is now harder to move up and change positions due to medium unemployment situation occurrences. Position cuts are a content stress factor. Hard to do overtime.
