The Boston Consulting Group, Inc. Reviews
What is it like working at The Boston Consulting Group, Inc.?
Challenging, insightful with great people.
Project Leader, General in Atlanta:
Pros: Intellectual people, stimulating work
Cons: Pay, political power trip,
A great place to work but a lot of red tape internally.
Senior Business Analyst in Atlanta:
Pros: The people and intellectual stimulation
Cons: The politics and lack of internal mobility
Senior Financial Analyst:
Overall BCG is an amazing place to work. The company culture and the people you get to call teammates are second to none.
If I had one issue it would be the obvious difference of being on the support side versus the client facing (consulting roles). The company tries very hard to treat both groups as equals, but I sincerely doubt that will ever be accomplished.
