TJ Maxx Inc Reviews

What is it like working at TJ Maxx Inc?

Demanding.
Sales Associate in Bangor:
Pros: The people you work with and the people you meet.
Cons: CREDIT CARDS! They want you to constantly have people sign up for the credit card. If you don't meet a certain number of cards within a certain number of transactions they call you into the office and you get spoken to. You have to go through extra training and if you don't end up getting people to sign up it goes under your job performance review. Ultimately I have seen one of my co-workers get fired for not getting enough credit card applicants. It is so stressful.
