TEKsystems, Inc Reviews

What is it like working at TEKsystems, Inc?

Supportive employer who gives space to do work.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in Hallandale:
Pros: The business contact is hands off, but available when needed. In my experience, there is not micromanaging occuring.
Cons: Lack of raise after years of service.
Service Delivery Manager:
Great for experience, but not good long term. Contractors get treated poorly, so get your experience and get out to get a better paying position. Contractors are completely underpaid and undervalued. Internals are definitely treated better, but you have to fight to get what you deserve.
Feeling burned.
Localization Producer in San Mateo:
Pros: Staff is available and fairly hands off day-to-day
Cons: Pay cut should have been considered on an individual basis rather than an across-the-board % for those at the client I'm assigned to.
Not grear.
Quality Assurance (QA) Technician in Seattle:
Pros: The other contractors I work with
Cons: We are constantly told we need to be more productive, we are an extremely small team(3 people covering both manual and automated testing for a project that should have at least 8 people) for a fairly large project and constantly have to re prioritize tasks based on developer requests.
Not a good experience.
Quality Assurance (QA) Technician in Seattle:
Pros: The people on my team
Cons: not paid for the job I do, I'm doing the work of 2-3 people, doing tasks normally assigned to technical writers specialists and engineers while being payed a minimum associate salary.
It is amazing. I learn everyday how to troubleshoot and solve problems and work as a team to ensure the best hardware devices are built and configured to best suit the needs of the client.
Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist in Eureka:
Pros: the room for growth and the skills that I obtain daily to add to my toolbox
Cons: the lack of communication and instructions when I show up to a worksite
A place to grow.
Software Team Leader in Montréal:
Pros: I get to work with amazing talent with interesting clients
Cons: Toxic clients and Scaled agile
