Pros: Having the privilege to innovate and create efficiencies found valuable by customers and employees; while creating savings for the company.

Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Deerfield:
Pros: Customers and helping them with their financing.
Cons: The pay
Overall its a challenging job. I made a quick transition from Teller I to ASM but now I seem to be stuck. The company could do a better job of mentoring/training existing ASMs for SM role, since they say they promote from within.

Great insurance benefits.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Lake Placid:
Pros: Benefits are culture are pretty good. 4 weeks of vacation for new full time employees.
Cons: Sales metrics are a little difficult but the customer survey metric is unreliable and ends up hurting employees who work hard and don't get credit from clients who They've helped and instead eat the rating the clients want to give the bank. I.E. The customer service was great BUT the bank is too far where I live so I'll give it a 5 out of 10.
