Good work environment, good life balance, decent career, pay and incentives and better vacation policies would make it great but for now it’s an ok place also the training is an imitation they won’t put any money in you or try to help you succeed they like to keep you where you are.
It's very hard work.
Delivery Driver:
Pros: What I Like most about working at sysco is getting off.
Cons: They only seem to care about the money they can keep in their pockets. Delivery drivers are the backbone of this company but they cut our pay and increased the work load.
