Cons: after hours work
Its very long and tireing hours. I do the job of five people.
Crew Chief:
Pros: I make 15$ an hour and make peoples home disaster like it never even happened.
Cons: Long hours. No days off. Rude co workers.
If everyone was on the same page it would be a lot better.

Pros: That I get to help people get there home back together and making the customer at ease.
Cons: There needs to be more management and more organization. I feel my manager has to much on his plate and no organization.

Pros: Variety of jobs and out of town travel time.
Cons: Room for improvement and growth in company.

Pros: Feels good to make customers happy. Most of my coworkers are good people.
Cons: I think I'm under paid for what I do. Totally taken advantage of. Work a lot of late crazy hours. Management doesn't seem to care about employes spending time with family. Very stressful.
