Pros: I particularly enjoy the humanitarian aspect of the work we do by providing restoration options to folks in need.

I’m frustrated with the low pay grade and lack of communication sometimes with management. I love the work and what I accomplish on production, however.

Project Manager, (Unspecified Type / General):
By far my WORST experience ever. The largest mistake I made was accepting this job!. The accountant was promoted to operations manager without knowing anything about demo or remodel. Complete ignorance on the owner. But, when your sleeping with the devil... Why not promote her?
