I love it great place to work.
Claims Representative:
Pros: Everyday is different and your day goes by so fast.
Cons: No overtime and it's hard to get everything done in one day.
Corporate Environment.
Claims Adjuster / Examiner / Investigator:
Pros: As the leading TPA in the country Sedgwick strives to ensure employee satisfaction in order to attract the top employees in their field of expertise. Based on the type of business it is of best interest that they offer one of the most comprehensive benefits package in order to remain top in employee retention several years running.
Cons: Would appreciate it if there was more opportunity for advancement. You can be offered all the education in the world however at some point you feel under appreciated, under paid and less then challenged which leads to dissatisfaction and resentment.
