Retail Manager:
Customers are great. Product is awesome and varied.
Support from head office can be good or non existent. Expectations on managers are high but pay does not reflect that. Managers are expected to get outside orders to boost store sales but not given the hours to cover the store when out speaking to schools/daycares and no bonus or commission on those sales.
