I loved the organization and the work. But I felt that the culture consistently under valued employees and created a disposable culture. HR, IT, and other operational teams made constant errors, ignored emails, and were dismissive of concerns. It was particularly a problem for remote staff, which I was. There is also little to no room to grow.
