What is it like working at Peter Kiewit Sons', Inc.?

Good company to work with good, professional associates.
Aircraft Pilot, Corporate Jet in Omaha:
Pros: Easy to work for and is sensitive to the needs of employees.
Cons: Occasional long stays away from the family.
Love it.
Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) - Basic in Ingleside:
Pros: My Co-workers
Cons: The commute
Rewarding but stressful.
General Superintendent in Annapolis:
Pros: People
Cons: Long work hours, inappropriate pay, part of the machine
It is good company but and still integrating more women into their workforce.
Administrative Assistant in Ashburn:
Pros: I like that the company has great benefits and some other perks.
Cons: I feel they don't offer enough career growth for those in administrative roles.
I'm personally treated well but can't say the same for some colleagues.
Project Engineer in Denver:
Pros: Every day is a new challenge and I have unlimited opportunity for growth within the company.
Cons: In my district, we are not paid fairly.
Civil Engineer in San Diego:
Some long hours but the projects are unparalleled and the managers do their best to provide time off and holidays frequently. Training is above and beyond reproach. If your interested in the design build procurement model this is a good design firm to work for.
Lots of stress and OT.
Field Engineer, Construction in Lenexa:
Pros: Insurance and vacation
Cons: Raises suck. Micromanagers at the top.
