Pepsi Bottling Group Reviews

What is it like working at Pepsi Bottling Group?

I was a Salesman at Pepsi and Forklift Operator at Poly America.
Forklift Operator in Fort Worth:
Pros: Meeting with the Customers
Cons: Payscale...
Merchandising is simple.
Merchandiser in Alliance:
Pros: It’s easy. Mentally. Fill the shelf. Keep your area clean and be friendly. Physically- you’re gonna hurt a bit.
Cons: You’re slightly pressed for time and you’re pretty much on your own to manage your time with orders you don’t write yourself.
Tedious.
Payroll Manager in Corbin:
Pros: Flexible
Cons: Pay scale
Awful worse company ever.
Forklift Operator in Lumberton:
Pros: My fellow coworkers
Cons: The long hours, and management are for their selves and the work lives don't matter. Nor do the families of the workers. Pepsi only cares about the cases being sold
The good and the bad.
Merchandiser:
Pros: The pay, benefits, hours, and overtime are all good benefits.
Cons: The schedule, possible long hours, working every holiday, are some of the bad things.
