PRA International Reviews

What is it like working at PRA International?

Maagement and culture are terrible at this location but company is great.
Validation Specialist, Drug/Chemical in Salt Lake City:
Pros: The work itself, very rewarding
Cons: Culture is terrible
Overall assessment of PRA.
Medical Affairs Director in Punta Gorda:
Pros: Flexibility of schedule and a very supportive supervisor
Cons: Transparency from senior management
Operations Team Leader in Raleigh:
I've been at PRA for over a year & have enjoyed working with my team. I am assigned to only one study, but it has been a very busy and successful year, despite the pandemic's additional complexity. I'm always on the lookout for any friends, family, or acquaintances that are job-hunting, so I can refer them to PRA. I look forward to a many more years here.
Research Associate (Unspecified Type) in Millcreek:
If your not Mormon, family or went to school with someone at PRA you can forget moving up in the company, regardless of experience or education. If you like working 60hrs a week without being appreciated this is the place for you. No raise, bonus or spot awards. Very stressful and high school type drama every day, not a professional place to work.
Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) in Boston:
Cons: Salary - no bonus options, only large pay increase if promoted and currently not receiving yearly pay increase due to pandemic however the company continues to actively hire and requires me to travel domestically I
Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist in Lansdale:
Pros: I love the people in our department
Cons: Pay transparency, learning and initiatives to progress
Stress is not a factor.
Recruiter in Jacksonville:
Pros: I am treated like an adult and not micromanaged.
Cons: There is never a budget for advancement or creative ideas.
