Pros: The residents. They are like family and I treat them as such. Compassion and care needs to be provided for the residents because they don’t have family or are unable to see their family due to the pandemic.
Cons: How some of the employees are treated differently then others. Some received a covid bonus and others, such as myself received nothing.
