Monsanto Company Reviews
What is it like working at Monsanto Company?
Busy.
Field Service Engineer in St. Louis:
Pros: The working from home aspect
Cons: The fact that it is very technical but contracted so I do not receive any paid time off and garbage insurance that I have to pay a lot for through my employer
Production Technician:
The BEST job I ever had!! They help you to become a stronger person so you can advance in your career there or else where. Benefits where good. But with Bayer taking over it’s a different story. The management is good with working with everyone when you have questions or need help.
