What is it like working at Mohawk College?
Application Developer:
Very negative place to work. Lots of politics and it's extremely difficult to move up the ranks as most lop level positions are already filled by older employees who don't do much work and bring a "it's always been done this way" attitude. New talent has no choice but to wait for these employees to retire before even having an attempt at applying for there positions. Don't recommend unless you're looking to shoot your career in the foot.
