Mindgeek Reviews
What is it like working at Mindgeek?
Photoshop Retoucher in Montréal:
I think is a good company. There is good and friendly people working over there. There is free daily breakfast, coffee and hot chocolate. There is flexible hours, and paid vacation. Any way the salary is not really great.
Software Developer:
This review comes from an engineering perspective. MindGeek really is your classic office environment, average benefits, average pay, forced to overtime a bit. They try to act like a cool and hip company, but they don't do anything out of the ordinary. Management really depends on the team you find yourself in. Some are considered great, some are considered poor. Salary increases are minimal, the only way to get a good increase is either if you're like by your management and considered a "key" player or you coming back with an offer elsewhere. I am in one of the best teams, and have good salary which is the sole reason I am still here.
