Cons: Some days I have crappy customers with poor attitudes.
Pharmacy Assistant:
Minimum wage, no guaranteed hours, stressed out managers, high pressure to perform, benefits after one year, high staff turnover rate. Co-workers good to work with. No appreciation for workers who come early or stay late without pay.
