La Vie En Rose and Company Reviews
What is it like working at La Vie En Rose and Company?
Love / hate relationship.
Assistant Manager in Victoria:
Pros: the people! great friends i’ve made from working. i’ve moved up in the company very fast and feel trusted to work on my own without constant directions or being micromanaged
Cons: upper management is cruel and slimy. was threatened to be fired if i discussed my wage with other employees (trying to figure out if i was being paid enough) strict company policy to NEVER discuss wages. obviously so they can lowball the employees that don’t know their worth
Great company overall.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Winnipeg:
Pros: My district has a great RSM and overall great management team for all stores. I have many sources of support and can ask questions without feeling like a burden.
50% discount and it’s generally good on my schedule outside work.
Cons: Have my hand held constantly. Not letting a member of management do their own work builds a level of doubt in them self. Communication for changes from head office could be more clear as well.
