Don't Blink - Things Will Change!
Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Lake Forest:
Pros: The people I work with and being in fitness field in general.
Cons: How quickly change happens and the expectation to implement immediately.
It's pretty laid back but there is little opportunity to move up in the company even after 2yrs or more. They rarely give any raises if any at all.
