Kyocera Reviews
What is it like working at Kyocera?
Versatile.
Marketing Coordinator in Pretoria:
Pros: The philosophy of the company and growth.
Cons: There could be more transparency and communication between management and employees. It is more reactive than proactive.
Good culture and philiosophies.
Marketing Communications Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: The work itself and most of the people. I like the culture here. I feel I can make a valuable contribution to the organisation. They do look after their people.
Cons: Gender bias. Job grading, and compensation thereof, is not transparent. I feel there is a huge inequity of payrates. I do feel that favouritism exists and this feeling is not unfounded. There is an opportunity to turn this around though, which I shall be encouraging.
Welding, Soldering, Brazing Machine Setter / Operator / Tender in Ypsilanti:
Been much more busy. Very clean kept up . Lunch it great with great food.wish management would be more steady with enforcing rules. Smoke breaks phone use.Need to hire some employees with experience.
