Overall the culture here is great. People are nice, it's a fun place to work, you get lots of different opportunities to work in innovation. The work is tough going though. The main issue I have is the pay is borderline insulting in my department. I'm here for a while now and have never gotten a raise despite very positive end of year reviews. I really don't want to leave but I might have to find better pay elsewhere.

Cons: Sometimes feel obligated to work constantly whether you're being paid or not.

Cons: Poor Software, Report Driven Management.
Great sales training program.
Sales Engineer:
Pros: The Building Efficiency Sales Training program was wonderful. I also like the challenge of having to navigate this on your own therefore learning a lot. The values and integrity of most of the people is phenomenal. Work flexibility can be okay, great benefits.
Cons: The stress is a lot, especially with long sales cycles. I also dislike the lack of structure, and lack of communication.
