What is it like working at International Business Machines (IBM) Corp.?

Operations Manager:
Nice to work, but compensation is a huge problem. And promotion is being held up by Finance, although it was approved by all necessary levels. I think they should also provide for free coffee and tea, as well as free lunch.
Brilliant People on Great Teams.
Service Delivery Manager in Indianapolis:

Cons: Rate of organizational changes is outpacing employee acclimation.
Slow Moving.
Business Intelligence (BI) Developer in Dublin:
Pros: Availability of Software to work on other areas of interest.

Not appreciated on the compensation part.
Operations Manager in Dublin:

Cons: compensation and remuneration
Java Developer:
There is a lot of freedom. You can sleep if you are sleepy. They have area for sleeping with beds. No dress code, just wear something decent. Communication from management is frequent, so always up to date on stuffs. The only problem I have is when you work on holidays. They don't pay your rate as 200%. And they sometimes enforce working on holidays which they call as critical working day.
A lot of travel and stress with low pay.
Security Consultant, (Computing / Networking / Information Technology) in Washington:
Pros: International work and work opportunities.
Cons: Pay is low without bonuses. Promotions are nonexistent I’ve been stuck as a consultant for six years with top reviews.
Predictable.

Pros: Freedom to make decisions
Cons: No real possibility of advancement
