What is it like working at InfoSys Limited?

Slow.

Great.
Systems Engineer, IT in Bangalore:
Pros: Flexibility
Cons: Great learning
Slow start, easy work, Management is hands-off.
Associate Software Engineer in Richardson:
Pros: I have ample time to complete my work. The developer that assigns me user stories is quick and to the point with what I need to do. My one teammate is a really hard worker and I respect these two people a great deal.
Cons: Other than the two people I work with, I have no direction from Infosys nor our client. I often have no work when me and my teammate get finished with our tasks ahead of time. Communication with Offshore is often-times very difficult, but I lucked out with the developer helping me currently. Our first months on this project were plagued by bad Knowledge transfer sessions and a lack of real progress being made. Leadership on our project was at one point completely absent as our manager moved to a different project and our overarching team had no Infosys leadership. The person that took over for the leadership after complaints didn't communicate well and still very rarely communicates.
Good for freshers not for experience candidates.
Lead Software Engineer in Los Angeles:
Pros: Work life balance
Cons: Compensation and Benefits
Technology Analyst in New Delhi:
Pros: That it's facilitates it's employees to relocate all across the globe, esp within the country and is flexible for work from home options for women
Cons: The multiple levels of progression and promotion are unnecessary. Roles and responsibilities should be simple.
Not worth it: Business Analyst at Infosys.
Senior Business Analyst in Bengaluru:
Pros: Flexible working hours and relaxed dressed code
Cons: No opportunities for growth and poor compensation. Appraisals and promotions ride on favoritism.
Hardly any actaul career growth opportunities. Driven by business only. No vision for career betterment in managers.
