Great oppoertunity to partner with the business, make an impact and demonstrate true value. The work I'm doing is great but I can do more to impact change and lead even more so.

Pros: The relationship with my direct manager (VP HR), the opportunity to make improvements, develop new ways of working, partnership cross-functionally
Cons: The ceiling ... to do more at a leadership level. The opportunity to sit at the table to discuss strategy and manage entire process as an owner not just lead and execute. The structure doesn't allow that.
It was great when I first started because I had a supportive manager which they let go. It is much more stressful now with new management micromanaging us and giving us unachievable targets.
