Too large of territories. Only 20 hours a week. Poor training. Lots of sales and not time to take care of accounts. New supervisor every 2 years just fresh out of college and only worked at WalMart for Hershey. No people skills and you really train them to climb the corporate ladder.
If you like sales and travel this is for you. You get a new District Manager about every 3 years.
Hershey products are wonderful people you have as accounts is the best part of your job once you learn territory and accounts.
