Pros: The people I work with are the best.
Cons: I don't like the lack of work this is. Constantly missing days, to lack of work. I seldom get 40 hours a week, when I was promised up to 55 when I was hired. More then 55, Id get overtime. Rarely get 40.
Not too bad, reminds me of a scale house just with a different task.
