Great-West Life Assurance Co. Reviews
What is it like working at Great-West Life Assurance Co.?
Administrative Clerk in Winnipeg:
Company itself is not that bad, but it depends on the department and the management. No recognition for anything, always having your every move watched. Micromanaging seems to be a big trend here. Benefits aren't too bad, just that if you need a massage or chiro or anything like that, you have to pay a high deductible. Some positions are underpaid for the work they are responsible for.
Mediocre.
Team Leader, General in Winnipeg:
Pros: The opportunity to volunteer with the charitable initiatives that the organization promotes.
Cons: Dealing with Managers that are not transparent.
