Great Nights great coworkers poor coworkers poor nights.

Pros: The relationships built with the more long term residents who have such great stories of their lives
Cons: When coworkers obviously do as little as possible, seem to deliberately avoid doing there job and you have to clean up after them
Great Company Who gives 120% to the Community.
