Fresenius Kabi Reviews

What is it like working at Fresenius Kabi?

Rewarding and Good Learning Opportunities.
Human Resources (HR) Administrator in Lake Zurich:
Pros: Helping others find solutions
Cons: Heavy work loads with need for quick turnaround
Microbiology and Microagressions.
Compliance Specialist in Chicago:
Pros: When the day is over
Cons: Undervalued and no real chances for advancement
Documentation Specialist in Chicago:
If you have an offer from anyone else, take it. It's a prejudice organization that promotes and hires based on privilege not merit. Organized chaos. They need new management styles and better management. Most of the managers are at or past retirement age and refuse to adapt new practices or skills.
Document Controller in Chicago:
Culturally diverse. But still shows blatant prejudice based on the hiring and promotion process. The management style is bullish and antiquated. Most higher ups have been with the company for over 20 years and have not adapted any practices that are useful in the 21st century. They still have a high carbon foot print. But supposed to care about health and wellness. Hardly any modern digital practices besides desk top applications. Where data is imperative, the record keeping, data control, information sharing is out dated. Anyone that comes along and challenges the status quo procedures is pushed out. The pay is lower than the national average and they have a system set in place where it will never be as good as their competitors. It's almost like they want you to leave.
Finance Manager:
Has some good benefits such as health, vision & dental insurance, daycare onsite, & gym onsite. Salaries are average. Challenging environment with parent company in Germany. Somewhat supportive local management.
