What is it like working at Five Guys: Burgers and Fries?

Fun, happy, fast paced.
General Manager, Restaurant in Sanford:
Pros: Teaching, training, upholding standards and exceeding expectations
Cons: Constant demands, hard to maintain work/life balance and exceed expectations
Fun but challenging.
Operations Manager in Atlanta:
Pros: Giving a fast clean friendly environment to customers the energy into making someone day is priceless
Cons: I work in the airport so it can get crazy sometimes

Pros: After five years of service I left so things on the table. While the challenges were great to overcome I was within a franchisee group and unable to move to corporates umbrella.
Cons: All of my bad experiences have been due to management by franchisee. I wouldn't air dirty issues on public sites I have since moved on.

Pros: Scheduled and the people.
Cons: Work nights and weekends.
It was awful.

Pros: Free food work too hard for little pay.
Cons: Deserve more money.
