First National Financial LP Reviews
What is it like working at First National Financial LP?
Busy Always.
Mortgage Loan Funder in Toronto:
Pros: Keeping Busy, Allows room to plan day ahead of time, generally decent support system
Cons: Technical Support has much room for improvement; management differs from team to team; work load between teams differ drastically
Software Developer:
In terms of being a software developer, I would recommend for people very advanced in their career just looking for a job until retirement or if you're fresh out of studies looking for your first job. Anyone else, the actual dev work is very slow and very simple. A good starting or ending point but if you're at a point looking to do some serious development work and really progress as a developer, I would not recommend.
It's a great company in every single other aspect, good benefits, flexible working hours, friendly and helpful people but just the actual dev work is incredibly slow and boring.
