Love Job; Store Manager, not a manager.

Pros: I LOVE MY JOB, MY CUSTOMERS, MY CO-WORKERS,ETC....like i literally LOVE IT!! .
Cons: My store manager isn't very professional nor fair and does whats best for her! She thinks about only her self and as a manager having multiple co-workers comming to you and you as a manager seeing how mistreated they are and not being able to have any control to help makes u feel worthless
I would rather wash dog behinds.
Retail Store Assistant Manager in Humboldt:
Pros: Over an entire work day there can be around 2 times that are more calm
Cons: Rude disrespectful employees and customers
I'm expected to do nomy managers whom are higher rank leave me w/their left over empty box's, markdowns left behind while stocking their department & keeping up w/my freezer, fridge department& closing w/only 1 person aside from myself.
Assistant Operations Manager in Golden:
Pros: When the managers and employees are doing their side of their job and communication and team work is applied can be a wonderful place to work.
Cons: I'm expected to do more then what my job requirements are stayed and yet make less then the other managers whom I end up doing their job as well as their job. And if an employee keeps breaking the rules, write ups are not in their plan of action.
They put way to much work on you . In addition they really don’t explain how to do anything really obtaining to your job besides cashing the cash registers out and making out deposits.

Cons: There’s no communication at all they have no consistency and the management and also employees get away with the same stuff over and over and over because they do not fire no one
Retail asst manager is a very demanding & trusting position.You have to be a teamplayer keep a positive attitude happy & positive atmosphere.You have to decide who & what task to delegate to employees as well as work independent on your own tasks.

Pros: The products they offer at there price point in always impressing me. I can see the potential these stores could have with some revision and updating.
Cons: The stores are kept poorly. There are little to no rules enforced on stocking and merchandising. The only thing they keep up with is putting the massive amounts of freight straight to the sales floor as quickly as possible.
To much gossip especially thru management.

Pros: The overnight hours
Cons: Trying to stock while customers are shopping
