Days Inn Reviews

What is it like working at Days Inn?

I don't mind the job but I don't know if I'm being paid enough.
Maintenance Technician in Grayling:
Pros: It's fairly stress free I do a good job at keeping up on things so my job job is just keeping on top of it
Cons: I feel like some of the work I do at the hotel, if outsourced would cost a lot more in labor and I'm not sure I'm getting compensated for that experience
Challenging.
Front Desk Clerk in Moss Point:
Pros: Interacting with the guests. I like to see the guest smile and making them feel at home.
Cons: Pay rate and unfairness
My job as a front desk clerk is fun and at the same time exiciting. It’s a job that requires excellent communication skills and patience.
Front Desk Clerk in Moss Point:
Pros: What i like most about my job at days inn is meeting different people from all over the United States. I also enjoy bringing smiles to guests face and leave them with a sense of satisfaction and best experience they have ever had while staying at Days Inn.
Cons: The least things I like about my job is the feeling of unappreciated and ungrateful. I feel like my work ethic goes unnoticed. I think we should have a least two more employees. I feel like im getting underpaid and not enough hours also.
I hope you didn't make plans.
Assistant General Manager, Hotel in Fayetteville:
Pros: My employees
Cons: My bosses wife supervising everything I do. And him and his family moved into the hotel
It is always non stop work everyday and it seems that the owner only care about themselves and push their employees hard so that they can fill their bank accounts.
Building Maintenance Worker in Lafayette:
Pros: I love doing maintenance work but i feel that i am being taking advantage of when it comes to my pay and speed
Cons: I have to pay $930 for rent each month while the housekeepers do not pay anything to live here. Plus i am way underpaid, i should be at $18 per hour and $350 after hours calls for the month. I should not have to pay any rent or atleast no more than $250 per month. I will speak with WYNNDYM about thus
It is always non stop work everyday.
