Crate and Barrel Reviews
What is it like working at Crate and Barrel?
It's like trying to draw a picture in a dark room.
Operations Team Leader in Scottsdale:
Pros: I love the strategy involved in organizing and moving inventory. Being able to evaluate cost of product and sales trends as a means of moving stock out of the store is both challenging and exciting.
Cons: The clarity of what expectations are relative to my position, and the pay scale.
Flexible.
Interior Designer in Des Plaines:
Pros: Enjoying my work from home and getting to work on creative projects day in and day out
Cons: I wish there was more opportunities for growth and development
Customer Service Associate in Aurora:
Crate and Barrel was once a joyous employee centered company. That has been chipped away at over the years. It just gets worse with more tasks being assigned with no new compensation.
Little perks that employees used to receive are being stripped 1 by 1.
Even management says misleading things but the turn towards improvement never comes.
Great Culture.
Sales Associate in Fort Lauderdale:

Cons: Working hours do not allow you to have a balanced life.
Better than Most I'd say.
Customer Service Specialist in Brookline:
Pros: The team, its a great team of wonderful, bright and caring people.
Cons: Customers can be extremely entitled most of the time.
Restructuring Problems.

Cons: -Changing Company culture and lack of care or concern for employees
