Cons: I don’t like how some of the supervisors and salary employees treat us hourly employees like we don’t exist. Most of the managers were regular staff before their promotion but once they are promoted they start treating their employees like we are less than. We are definitely excluded from get togethers or special events that concord has as a company. The managers almost make you feel like your not invited...I feel like I’m in high school again and they are the jocks and cheerleaders...
