Cons: Lesser Pay and Benefits, No Remote Work, Paid Commute to work, Paid Food
It's okay. But for what we do, in my program we should be paid more. Also need to offer paid Maternity and Mental leave for employees.

Worst. Work over schedule but not paid for OT.Wfm wont let you park which lead to overload of cases. Shortage of salary.
