Cons: The promise of High Commisions payouts and lack of quickness for creating accounts resulting in delayed installs for customers
The benefits outweigh the negative, for the most part.

Pros: The few good other field techs I’ve created a lasting bind with, can call them anytime.
Cons: Corporate culture
It’s a learning process still, they’re trying to reinvent this industry to some extent. It’s not going as well as planned in my opinion.

Pros: Trying to build my branch from the ground level, though some days it’s quite a struggle.
Cons: Lack of personnel in management positions that don’t know or understand the trade from a field technician position.

Cons: The back stabbing, shit-talking, other partners not holding there weight. Blackmail towards others.

Pros: Cintas allows me to be creative with just enough checks to keep the project in line.
Cons: Cintas is an old company and somewhat hesitant to change. some of their policy's are preventing, job talent from accepting positions, and do not encourage keeping good talent.
I really enjoy my work. I really feel good when there is a great productive day at the end of the day.

Cons: A lot of unnecessary drama
No work life balance.
