Pros: Very flexible for a college student, good employees, and a decent enviroment
Cons: Pay rate, time management with classes and homework

Cons: The way they put us in the same pay rate whether you've been there 10yrs or 6 months

Cons: The upper management does not communicate and keep operations management in the loop. They become distant after a disagreement to where it sabotages the work space. The culture could use more diversity and train upper management ethics.
