Carter's Childrenswear Reviews

What is it like working at Carter's Childrenswear?

Lots of responsibilities but very kind environment.
Retail Sales Manager in Darien:
Pros: My coworkers and manager were the best and very helpful and kind.
Cons: The pay, I believe associates and managers are being underpaid when there certainly is a budget to allow for more than what we get.
Retail Sales Manager in Woodridge:
Pros: What I like most about my job is the team I work with because they're kind, helpful, supportive, and are great people to be around.
Cons: What I like the least about my job is the pay. I feel like with Carters being such a big brand, they should pay their employees more than minimum wage and should pay their managers a decent bit more than what they currently are, especially for the amount of work we do.
Love hate relationship.
Assistant Store Manager in Kansas City:
Pros: I love the atmosphere and people
Cons: Since the pandemic i have became a traveling manger with low staffing issues in the area.
Friendly place to work.

Fast paced, friendly environment.

Cons: Pay
Retail Shift Supervisor in Hayes:
I’ve seen many faces at carters the pros of working there is the discount I know it’s not a lot compared to what other places give. People are great management is great and you really have an opportunity to grow with the company.
